I support adults who want to heal emotional wounds, overcome difficult experiences, and reconnect with their well-being.<\/p><p>My training in Psychology and Behavioural Therapy is complemented by accreditation as an EMDR clinic and specific training in trauma, attachment and dissociation. Before dedicating myself to psychotherapy, I worked in social organizations in Ireland and in Human Resources: two fields that taught me to approach each story with respect and to accompany processes of change.<\/p><p>My approach is integrative and adapts to your needs and your pace.
